Have you ever wondered how other bloggers have cute little buttons and grab boxes?! Well I am here to tell you how! I spent hours one night researching how to do this. If you are new to blogging like I am, you will be able to back me up when I say the little details can sometimes be so complicated! Thankfully, I ran across City Girl Gone Coastal! She had tutorials on all sorts of blogging tips and tricks! Now, I am going to share them with you because they are just so great! Okay so let’s get started… You can either 1. Upload your own imagine 2. Use Picmonkey Accessories 3. Use Picmonkey Collage 1.) If you choose to use your own imagine, you need to start out by uploading your image. You can use the tools to edit and add effects to your photo. This is where you will be able to add your text. Then, you will need to resize your image. You need to try and keep your button size somewhere between 150 x 150 and 200 x 200 if possible. Click save! 2.) If you choose to use Picmonkey accessories for creating your image, you need to save a blank image on paint and upload it onto Picmonkey. Use the speech bubbles to create your design. Once you have the image you like, you need to add text. Again, keep your button between 150 x 150 and 200 x 200 if possible. Click save! 3.) If you choose to use Picmonkey collage, then go about making one the same way as step 1 or 2. If you cannot decide on one picture than this may be the way you want to go. The size will stay the same. Remember to add your text and keep it around 150 x 150 and 200 x 200 if possible. Click save! Now here is where you can make your button grab-able 1. Make a Photo bucket account if you don’t have one already. 2. Upload your image to Photo bucket. 3. Saving your photo will allow you to get a direct link. 4. Use this code (replace the green text with your website and the pink text with the direct link from Photo bucket)
<a href=”YOUR WEBSITE URL HERE“> <img src=”YOUR DIRECT LINK HERE” border=”0″/>
<a href=”YOUR WEBSITE URL HERE“> <img src=”YOUR DIRECT LINK HERE” border=”0″/>

5. From the Dashboard on your blog, go to the Layout tab, select Add a Gadget. Open a HTML/JavaScript widget. Copy and past the code. Save! And there you have it! Your very own blog button and grab box! I hope this helps those of you who were struggling like I was!
